Commercial Director

Seas of Sunshine is seeking a founding Commercial Director to own the full revenue architecture of the brand across three channels: direct-to-consumer ecommerce, luxury hospitality, and B2B trade. This is a hands-on, relationship-led role for someone who has built commercial engines in premium beauty, wellness, or lifestyle, and who brings an existing network of buyers, concierge accounts, and hospitality decision-makers.
You will work directly with the co-founders and be instrumental in shaping how the brand goes to market internationally, beginning with Greece and the Mediterranean and extending into the UK, US, and the Gulf.

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Seas of Sunshine is seeking a founding Financial Director to lead the brand's fundraising strategy and build the financial infrastructure needed to support a high-growth consumer goods business. This role is critical at this exact moment: we are targeting beauty and wellness investors, and we need someone who can take ownership of the capital story, manage investor relationships, and prepare the business for a Series A within 18 to 24 months.
This is not a pure CFO function. The right person is equally comfortable in a room with investors as they are building a financial model. You will be a co-architect of the business case for growth.
